Sierra is a seasoned paralegal with over seven years of experience and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Paralegal Studies from Sinclair Community College. She was an integral part of the ALH Law Group team before stepping away to focus on life with two toddlers—born just 19 months apart. Now back in a part-time role, Sierra brings not only her strong legal skills and steady presence but also the kind of patience and multitasking abilities that only come from parenting two tiny humans at once. With sleep in short supply and energy always in demand, she’s become a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur.
